viscoluxe

From the Sleep Solutions range of Sleepeezee mattresses comes the Viscoluxe 2500, a high quality memory foam mattress for people who enjoy a medium tension sleeping surface.

This is Sleepeezee’s biggest selling memory foam mattress and for good reason. The Viscoluxe 2500 contains a 25mm deep layer of luxury memory foam on a 140mm base of high resilience foam. This combination creates a mattress offering optimum orthopaedic posture and contours perfectly to your body’s shape.

There are anatomical support areas for both your head and your feet which help to relieve pressure points across the body and improve blodd circulation while you sleep.

As with all high-quality mattresses, the Viscoluxe 2500 is hypo-allergenic and dust mite resistant, making it ideal for allergy sufferers.

This UK manufactured mattress is non-turn which means you (a) don’t need to remember to turn it and (b) don’t have to enlist 2 people to help you do so. The mattress is also compliant with all UK fire regulations for bedding making it ideal for contract purposes.

The Viscoluxe 2500 is available in a range of sizes, including 3FT Single, 4FT6 Double and 5FT Kingsize, and will fit any standard divan or bed frame of the same size. As with all Sleepeezee mattresses there is a 10 year manufacturers warranty to ensure you get the best value and lifespan from your mattress.

This mattress can be purchased from Bedstar.co.uk with prices ranging from under £160 (for the Single mattress).

Sleepeezee Pocket Star 1200 mattress

Monday, November 2nd, 2009

I spend a lot of time testing mattresses. I’ve got a list of features I look for and I know what I like or dislike about my bed. But no two people are the same, so my opinion is largely irrelevant.

With this in mind, I decided to go right to the source and ask some prospective customers what they wanted from a new mattress. The results were…interesting:

  1. My new mattress should be soft, and shouldn’t suck me into it.
  2. It needs to hold its shape. And they’re expensive, so I expect my mattress to hold its shape for at least 5 years.
  3. I don’t know the difference between pocket springs and open coil springs. All I know is that I can’t have my partner bouncing me out of the bed all night long.
  4. I live alone so ideally I’d want a no-turn mattress.
  5. It’s hard to explain. I don’t want my bed to be rock hard, but I need it to support me.

Why the results were interesting is a problem for bed sellers. We want to tell people about a mattresses air vents, double side-stitching, hypo-allergenic fillings and advanced spring systems, but in most cases, people just want a good night’s sleep.

Which brings me to the Sleepeezee Pocket Star 1200. I realize the answers 5 people gave me don’t exactly typify the nation, but there is a large group of people who simply want to sleep on something…simple. And affordable. At under £300 for a 4FT6, the Pocket Star 1200 mattress is ideal.

Oh, and I can’t not give you details, so here you go:

  • Medium tension.
  • Pocket sprung (so you don’t bounce your partner out of bed).
  • No turn.
  • And because it’s made by Sleepeezee, the Pocket Star 1200 is built to last for years to come.

The perfect all-round mattress then? I think so.

sleepeezee-profile

Sleepeezee’s new Divine and Serene Mattresses are part of the Sleep solutions range for bedsteads.

Both the Sleep solutions Divine and Serene mattresses are produced vacuum packed for ease of transport and, because each mattress is sealed air-tight in the factory, they offer exceptional hygienic benefits.

This new range of mattresses compliments Sleepeezees existing range and is a testament to the research and development team as Sleepeezee have successfully produced a combination mattresses that includes traditional pocket springs with layers of memory foam or reflex foam. Many manufacturers have tried this in the past – with questionable results, but Sleepeezee seem to have perfected the marriage of both of these technologies.

Both the Serene and the Divine mattresses offer 800 pocket springs (in the 5FT Kingsize mattress) with a layer of Memory foam (in the Divine) or Reflex Foam (in the Serene).

These mattresses are a respectable 21cm deep and offer full head to toe anatomical support. The main benefit of these mattresses is the greater pressure point relief across the body. The mattresses can contour to your natural shape which means Optimum orthopaedic posture can be retained during the night.

Each mattress includes 100% hypo-allergenic fillings and is dust mite resistant – great news for allergy sufferers. For the best benefits Sleepeezee recommends using these mattresses on a bed frame with either a sprung beech or slatted base.

As with all Sleepeezee mattresses, the Divine and the Serene come with a 5 year Sleepeezee warranty.
